It's a challenge for the Australian squad to break new ground.

The greatest achievements have long been mastered.

We're talking about the team that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, in addition to another six T20 titles, and once went over three years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, targeted by the achievement hunters, are all that remain for a side that has won it all.

That it took up to Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase above 300, taking back their record for the largest in the women's 50-over format, is, honestly, a tribute to the pitchers that have worn canary yellow over the last half-century.

It is hard for their batters to possess a record if not afforded the opportunity.

In the end, the result of Australia giving up 330 runs was leader Alyssa Healy receiving an opportunity to create her most recent brilliance.

By the time she was dismissed Australia needed 66 more at a run-a-ball - an achievable target now needing a comfortable finish.

"Pursuing 330 is new territory so I'm pleased we have the assurance to achieve that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it another time but, should it happen, we know we can achieve it."

Those words will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this tournament need to hear.

Over the past five days a feeling they will win from any position has only strengthened - this triumph following win against Pakistan by 107-run victory despite sitting at 76-7 at a certain moment.

Subsequently Australia meet Bangladesh before a match against old rivals England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final place may likely be confirmed.
